Provincial Assembly meeting to finalize the nomination

The state assembly meeting of province 1 has started. Along with this, the naming process of the province has progressed.

Today, a decisive discussion on naming is taking place in the provincial assembly meeting. Two nomination proposals have been registered today.

Keeping in view the security sensitivities, the state government has issued a prohibitory order in Biratnagar.

United Samajwadi Party and Jaspa registered the proposal to name the province as Kirant Limbuwan Sagarmatha.

Similarly, UML has already registered a proposal to name the province as Kosi. The Congress and the Maoist Center have agreed on the UML’s proposal.
