Rabi Lamichhane, the chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has openly stated his willingness to face consequences if found guilty in the cooperative fund embezzlement case. In a press conference held on Monday at the party headquarters in Banasthali, Kathmandu, Lamichhane challenged any state institution to thoroughly examine his account. “Any institution is welcome to check my account. If I am found to have taken Rs. 17 million, I am ready to face the consequences,” declared the RSP chair.

Clash in Rajbiraj leaves Education Minister and three MPs injured
A clash erupted in Rajbiraj on Monday between Janamat party activists and police, resulting in injuries to Mahesh Prasad Yadav, the Minister for Education and Culture of Madhes province, along with three lawmakers.
